Events we plan for schools
- Open days and admissions events: light refreshments for families between tours.
- Parent evenings and PTA meetings: tea, pastries and small bites.
- Graduation and end-of-year receptions: a buffet or finger food for students, families and staff.
- Academic seminars and conferences: meeting boxes, tea breaks and a lunch buffet.
- Staff lunches, training days and student club events.
Food for mixed ages and diets
Children, teenagers, parents and visiting speakers eat differently. Plan a few simple, familiar dishes (rice dishes, noodles, mini pizzas, buns) next to one or two more adventurous ones, keep spicy dishes clearly labelled, and avoid whole nuts on a table children can reach. International schools often have many dietary needs at once: ask families with the sign-up form and send us the counts and specific ingredients.
Allergies in schools deserve extra care. Share the exact ingredients and severity with us, and the team will tell you what the supplying kitchen can and cannot control.
Campus logistics
Schools and universities usually have security gates, visitor registration and set hours for deliveries. Tell us the gate to use, who signs the delivery in, the building and floor, and whether there is a lift. If the event is outdoors or in a sports hall, tell us about tables, shade and power, so hot food is planned only where it can be kept safely.
Many schools have rules about outside food; check with the school office before you book, and tell us anything they require from the caterer.
Invoices and approvals
School budgets often need a written quote before approval. Our quote lists the menu, portions, delivery, serveware, setup, any staff, cleanup, and payment and cancellation terms in one document, so it can go straight into your approval process. Tell us the invoice details you need when you send the request.
