What catering in Taipei usually looks like
Most catering in Taipei falls into a few formats. Individual meal boxes (餐盒) suit meetings and trainings where people eat at their desks. Shared trays and buffets suit team lunches and receptions. Tea-break and afternoon tea spreads suit seminars and client visits. Staffed service suits company banquets, launches and evenings where the host should not be clearing plates.
Traditional banquet tables (辦桌) with a cooking crew on site are a different service. We plan delivered and served catering, not 辦桌.
How ordering works
- Tell us the basics: guest count, date, food-ready time, venue and service level.
- Compare up to three menu options side by side, built from more than a hundred dishes or one of our packages.
- Send your request. Requests sent before 6pm Taipei time get the exact quote by email the same day; later ones by midday the next day.
- Your event is booked only after the quote is accepted and the menu, kitchen, route, venue access and payment are confirmed.
Three service levels
Drop-off: we deliver the food ready to serve; your team serves and clears. Setup: we also set up the buffet and serving equipment, then collect later. Staffed: we set up and our team stays to serve and clear. Our packages follow the same steps: Classic (drop-off, disposable serveware), Signature (setup, reusable serveware) and Prestige (staffed service, reusable serveware and table decoration).
Food you can choose
The catering menu covers Chinese and Taiwanese classics, Japanese and Korean dishes, Western and Mexican food, bakery and desserts, plus dishes from Eddy’s Cantina, our first restaurant partner in Tianmu. Mixing cuisines in one buffet is normal: a dim sum platter next to grilled chicken skewers and a tiramisu tray works well for mixed teams.
