Meal boxes or shared trays?
Individual boxes (會議餐盒, 企業餐盒) work best when people eat in a meeting room or at their desks, when attendance is fixed, and when you want each person to get the same portion. Shared trays work best for a team lunch around one table, cost less packaging, and let people choose what they eat.
For a working lunch, pick dishes that hold well for the trip and are easy to eat without a full table: rice and noodle dishes, grilled chicken, onigiri, sandwiches and salads.
What drop-off includes
- Restaurant-prepared trays or individual meals in suitable packaging.
- Delivery in an agreed window, planned around your building’s access rules.
- Disposable serveware by default (our Classic package), or reusable serveware collected after the event.
- Your team receives the food and manages serving and cleanup.
Planning tips for meetings and trainings
- Confirm the headcount the day before and keep one or two extra portions for late additions.
- Collect dietary needs with registration, not on the day.
- Give us the food-ready time, not the meeting start time, so the food arrives when the break starts.
- Tell us who receives the delivery and where: front desk, freight lift or meeting-room floor.
