Western dishes on the catering menu
The menu includes stone-baked mini margherita, slow-simmered Bolognese, herb chicken roulade, Cajun roast wings, sliced filet mignon, a prosciutto platter, paella, sandwiches and salads, and desserts such as tiramisu, cheesecake and chocolate mousse. Every dish can sit in the same option as Chinese, Taiwanese or Japanese dishes, which is often what a mixed office wants.
Eddy’s Cantina and Taipei Catering
Eddy’s Cantina, our first restaurant partner, is a Mexican restaurant in Tianmu, and its tacos, quesadillas, chips and salsa and carnitas sliders are on our menu. Eddy’s also runs its own catering. If you want Eddy’s Mexican catering on its own, go straight to Eddy’s Cantina’s catering page.
Taipei Catering plans the events that need more around the food: groups of about 30 guests and up, staffed service with setup and clearing, and menus that mix Eddy’s dishes with Western, Taiwanese or Japanese food.
Planning a Western buffet
- Hot mains such as pasta and roasts need hot holding: tell us if the venue has power and how long service runs.
- Platters, salads and desserts travel well cold and fill out a buffet.
- For a standing reception, choose items people can eat with one hand: sliders, mini pizzas, skewers and wraps.
