What you can ask for
- Games for teams and parties: table games, quiz rounds or lucky draw support for a 尾牙 or 春酒.
- Video game setups: consoles and screens for a casual corner at a party, a school event or an office celebration.
- Live music: a solo musician or a small act for a reception, a launch or a private party.
- Other entertainment: tell us the idea, the audience and the space, and we tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
How it works
Extras are arranged on request through partner connections, not from a fixed catalogue. Tick the extras you are interested in when you send your catering request, or describe them in the notes. The team checks who is available for your date, what the venue allows and what it costs, then lists each extra as its own line in your quote.
Nothing is booked until you accept the quote. If an extra is not available for your date, we say so before you decide, and the catering can still go ahead on its own.
What the venue needs
Live music and video games need power, space and sometimes a sound limit. Tell us the room size, where sockets are, whether the building has noise or time rules and when setup can start. Outdoor and rooftop venues may also need a rain plan. We check these details with the venue and the performer before confirming anything.
Pairing extras with the catering
Entertainment changes how people eat. Guests who are playing or watching a set prefer food they can hold in one hand, so finger food, skewers and small bites work better than plated dishes. With staffed service our team keeps the buffet tidy while the programme runs, so the host can enjoy the event.
